Rose Manor is a small, very comfortable facility, with a feeling of home from the minute you enter. We are centrally located in the city of DeLand close to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.

Being a resident at Rose Manor, in a small setting, enables you to have as much assistance as you need without waiting for staff to travel several floors to assist you with your care.

If your family is out of town , the Registered Nurse who is the owner /administrator will accompany you to your physicians office, or if need be to the Emergency Room. She will stay with you in the ER or doctor's office, communicating with the physician and will stay in contact with your family. 

At Rose Manor Assisted Living Facility, we strive to maintain a homelike atmosphere. Our residents become caring friends, enjoying each others's company. We welcome family visits at any time, and encourage residents to accompany family and friends on outings and overnight visits. Our staff is committed to maintaining our residents' optimal level of independence.

Deborah Tolan, RN, BSN, has over twenty years of extensive experience in acute and elderly care including several years as coordinator of a Cardiac Rehabilitation Department in Upstate New York, and over 15 years experience at Rose Manor.

Deborah is a graduate of Alfred University, and she brings a wealth of knowledge to the care of the elderly. Her caring attitude and persistent smile help our residents feel safe, secure, and loved.
